ZipCar offers hourly and daily car rentals to help reduce the need for car ownership. Many fuel efficient cars available for rent. Limited to students 21 years or older.

Automobile Green Center by Yahoo lists the top 100 least polluting and most fuel-efficient cars. Visit this site before you buy a car. Loaded with information, this site includes a gas mileage impact calculator, federal and state purchasing incentives, alternative fuel station locations and much more!

Cost of Driving offers a short online calculation sheet where you can calculate the financial, social, and environmental costs of driving based on the vehicle miles you travel.

Greenhouse Gas Calculator The EPA has developed tools to help individuals (and households) reduce greenhouse gas emissions and take action.  Use this online calculator to obtain an estimate of your personal greenhouse gas emissions or your family’s greenhouse gas emissions.
